Protecting your data is important to me. In this Privacy Policy, I explain which personal data is processed when you visit this website, download my Minecraft map, use the JxnasGmng Community Forum and visit my official social media profiles.
The forum offers user accounts, profile pictures, posts, comments, image uploads, upvotes/downvotes, reports and admin/moderation functions. This means that, in addition to normal website access data, account and content data is also processed.

2. General website visit
When this website is accessed, the web server automatically processes technical data. This may include in particular:

3. Map download
A Minecraft map can be downloaded from this website. During the download, technically necessary access data is processed so that the file can be delivered.
In addition, I record the number of downloads. This download count is only stored as a total number. No names, user accounts, profiles or unique visitor IDs are stored for this purpose.

My legitimate interest is to see how often the map has been downloaded.
4. View and download counts
I collect simple statistics about:
- Number of page views
- Number of downloads
These statistics are collected only as simple total counts. Individual visitors are not tracked. No user profiles are created and no personal evaluation is carried out.
No analytics services such as Google Analytics are used for this.
5. Forum user accounts
A user account is required to use certain forum functions. During registration and use of the forum, the following data may be processed:
- Username
- E-mail address
- Password in hashed form; the password is not stored in plain text
- Role in the forum, e.g. user, moderator or admin
- Account status, e.g. active or blocked
- Profile picture or avatar if you upload one
- Registration date and last login, insofar as technically stored
This data is required to provide your account, enable logins, display profiles, assign rights, prevent abuse and manage the forum.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, insofar as the processing is necessary to provide your user account and the forum functions. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR may also apply, especially for security, abuse prevention, rights management and moderation.
If you are a minor, you should only use the forum with the consent of your parents or legal guardians.
6. Posts, comments, profile pictures and image uploads
In the forum, users can create posts, write comments, upload images and set a profile picture. These contents are stored and shown to other users insofar as they are published publicly in the forum.
Public content
Username, posts, comments, upvote/downvote displays, profile information and uploaded images may be visible to other forum users.
Image uploads
Uploaded images may be stored in posts or as a profile picture and displayed through the forum interface, including full-screen/lightbox functionality.
Please do not publish personal data about yourself or other people unless you are authorized to do so. In particular, do not upload images for which you do not have the necessary rights or that show other people without their consent.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for providing the forum functions and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for operating, displaying, organizing and securing the forum.
7. Reports, moderation and admin panel
The forum contains a reporting system and moderation functions. When content is reported, the following data in particular may be processed:
- Reported post or comment
- Reason for the report
- User account of the reporting person, if logged in
- Status of the report, e.g. open or closed
- Moderation actions, e.g. hiding, restoring or blocking a user account
Admins and moderators can review reported content and take necessary measures to keep the forum safe, fair and compliant with the rules. This may include hiding content, closing reports or blocking user accounts.

Forum data is stored in a database on the server, e.g. user accounts, posts, comments, reports, roles and settings.
10. External services, social links and download links
No external analytics, advertising or tracking services are embedded on this website.
The forum and footer may contain links to external platforms, e.g. YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok and Discord. As long as you do not click these links, simple text/button links do not, to my knowledge, transfer data to these providers.
If you click an external link or visit my profiles/channels directly on a platform, you leave my website. The privacy policies and technical systems of the respective provider then also apply.
If the download is provided via an external provider, e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, MediaFire, GitHub, Modrinth or CurseForge, the privacy policies of the respective provider also apply. Currently, hosting and downloads are provided via the servers of the hosting provider STRATO unless expressly stated otherwise.

13. Storage period
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention obligations exist.
Server log files are stored according to the specifications of the hosting provider and then deleted or anonymized.
View and download numbers are stored only as pure total numbers and do not contain personal data.
Forum accounts, posts, comments, profile pictures and uploaded images are generally stored as long as your account exists or as long as the content is required for operating the forum.
If you request deletion of your account or specific content, I will review the request. Content may be deleted, anonymized or hidden unless legitimate reasons or legal obligations require further storage. Backups may technically remain available for a limited time.

I take technical and organizational measures to protect the website and the forum against loss, misuse, unauthorized access and modification. These include in particular HTTPS encryption, password-protected accounts, role and rights management, as well as admin and moderation functions.
Nevertheless, no website can guarantee absolute security. Therefore, use a secure password and do not publish data in the forum that should not be publicly visible.

I operate official social media profiles or channels on external platforms, in particular YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok and Discord. These profiles are used to provide information about JxnasGmng, streams, videos, projects, map updates, community posts and contact options.
